You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
Control The Fight respects your privacy rights. If you would like us to delete your personal data from our systems — including your newsletter subscription, lead magnet download history, and any associated contact information — please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to admin@controlthefight.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account or subscription so we can locate your records.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
- Verify your identity to protect your account
- Permanently delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days
- Notify you once the deletion is complete
Exceptions
In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. If an exception applies to your request, we will inform you and explain the reason.
Unsubscribe Without Deletion
If you only wish to stop receiving emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter. Unsubscribing does not delete your account data; use the process above for full deletion.
